Our placement procedure at Ardekay is as follows:
Step 1: The first meeting
We are your perfect partner to recruit your new employee for your company. From the beginning you will be in contact with a dedicated consultant who will review your vacancy in depth with you in order to obtain a good overview of what profile exactly your company is looking for.
Step 2: The recruitment process starts
After we have agreed on the conditions of working together, our consultants start our recruitment process for a new employee on your behalf. Thanks to our large international network consisting of the best IT professionals on the market we are able to immediately take targeted actions to find the perfect fit. We will start the process by searching in our own database, send out targeted emails within our network and advertising on relevant job boards. During the whole process you are constantly updated by your personal contact person.
Step 3: The selection
After the first pre-selection we introduce you to suitable profiles of candidates that fit with the requirements of your vacancy. You can review all CV’s of the candidates without any limitations and provide us with feedback by either inviting all or some of the candidates to an initial job interview. If you intend to hold one or more interviews with the same candidate and you need an external office to have this meetings take place, we are pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to use one of our conference rooms at our office based in the center of Hong Kong.
Step 4: The agreement
An offer for an agreement can be made, when you have successfully found the perfect candidate with the right skills and competencies for your organisation, we will support and advice you in making a suitable offer to the candidate. Our recruitment consultant will be on hand throughout the whole consulting process to ensure the wishes of both the candidate and the company are fulfilled and both parties can shake hands on a fair agreement and a successful start of employment.
Step 5: The new employee
Congratulations, the contract is signed and you have found your new employee for your company!
